I read about this rebate yesterday, I'm not sure if the Visine qualifies but I paid so little out of pocket for everything so I don't mind taking the risk and getting the rebate denied.

Next stop was CVS. Hubby has been complaining about how he has no razors..I literally haven't bought razors for him in 3 years, that's how stocked up I was. He just finished the last of my mens razor supply and this was the best deal that I could work at the moment.
